The self-chassis hydrostatic feeding spreader developed by Yimeite is a special tmr feeding machine independently developed for large and medium-sized dairy, beef cattle and sheep farms. Different from the models refitted on commercial truck chassis on the market, its chassis is fully designed according to pasture working conditions, with lower center of gravity and better stability. It can run on muddy, bumpy ground and narrow cattle house aisles, with a small turning radius and flexible steering, moving smoothly between fence columns. Equipped with a complete hydrostatic drive system composed of variable hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor, it realizes stepless speed regulation for traveling, conveying and spreading. The start, acceleration and stop are gentle without impact and low noise, which will not frighten cattle, reduce animal stress and ensure stable feeding and milk performance. The large-capacity integrated bin is welded with thickened high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, with anti-sticking treatment inside. It can hold TMR mixed forage including silage, hay, straw, concentrate and additives. It has large loading capacity for continuous feeding in large cattle barns, meeting the daily feeding demand of thousand-head pastures.
The rear-mounted belt conveying and directional spreading structure has been optimized after lots of pasture field tests. The conveying belt is made of thickened anti-slip wear-resistant rubber, tear-resistant and corrosion-resistant to moisture. Anti-blocking structure is specially designed for high-moisture silage and long-fiber hay which are easy to wind and jam. The feeding process is stable without blockage or uneven discharging. The discharging oil circuit is controlled independently, separated from traveling speed. Operators can adjust feeding speed according to cattle quantity and feeding speed in each pen. Single-side directional spreading delivers loose and even forage, effectively preventing TMR material stratification and concentrate precipitation, so every animal can get feed with consistent nutrition ratio. All key transmission parts adopt dustproof and waterproof sealing protection, heavy-duty dust-proof bearings and high-strength alloy chains, adapting to the harsh high-dust and high-humidity environment of pastures for long-time continuous operation. Multiple visual inspection windows are reserved on the bin side. You can check material stock and running status of conveying structure without disassembly, making residue cleaning and maintenance easier, shortening downtime and lowering long-term operation cost.
The machine is fitted with an independent closed cab with large viewing glass for all-round clear vision. Operators can observe cattle feeding status on both sides and spreading condition at the rear during work. The control handles, speed knobs and switches are centrally arranged on the console with simple logic. Only one worker can finish the whole feeding workflow including feeding, moving, spreading and shutdown. New operators can master operation after simple training, reducing reliance on experienced feeders. The hydrostatic system is equipped with an independent forced heat dissipation assembly. Hydraulic oil temperature stays stable under high temperature or all-day continuous operation, avoiding pressure holding and power attenuation. The whole machine goes through derusting, phosphating and plastic spraying anti-corrosion treatment. A protective baffle under chassis prevents erosion from feed residue and manure water. Standard headlights, turn signals, reversing warning lights and reflective marks support feeding at dawn, dusk and night to complete feeding schedule all weather.
Customization service is available for this self-chassis hydrostatic feeding spreader. We can customize bin volume, spreading direction and width according to barn aisle width and livestock quantity. Optional upgrades include double-side spreading, metering feeding and operation monitoring, suitable for dairy farms, beef fattening farms and sheep farms. Compared with spreaders refitted from commercial truck chassis, the self-developed chassis is more targeted, removing redundant structures for reasonable weight distribution and lower fuel consumption. Spare parts are easy to source with low replacement cost, bringing prominent comprehensive cost performance. The machine is manufactured in line with livestock machinery standards and CE export requirements. It will pass no-load and full-load continuous running test before delivery, with complete operation manual and spare parts list. Yimeite provides reliable after-sales service including on-site commissioning, operation training and regular follow-up maintenance. It helps pastures realize mechanized feeding instead of manual work, unify feeding standard and greatly cut labor cost. It is core feeding equipment for large-scale breeding to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
