imetec self-propelled Silage Reclaimer is special core equipment for fetching silage in large, medium and small cattle and sheep farms. Developed to solve industry drawbacks of manual labor and loader operation, including heavy forage waste, loose silage cross-section prone to mildew, high labor cost and low working efficiency, this machine integrates cutting, conveying, automatic discharging and flexible travelling functions. Compatible with all types of silage bunkers, it can cooperate with tmr mixers to realize full mechanization of farm feeding and greatly raise breeding benefits.

Equipped with an integrated full-hydraulic control system, the machine realizes one-hand control over travelling, steering, cutting, lifting and discharging. The control lever is user-friendly, enabling new operators to master operation quickly. Standard models fit conventional silage bunkers; transverse travelling versions suit long multi-compartment bunkers; customized height-increased models can handle silage piles up to 9 meters high for large ten-thousand-ton farms. Two power options are available: diesel self-propelled units for open-air bunkers without power supply with unlimited mobility, and electric units for indoor closed bunkers featuring low noise and low operating costs. Both versions are fitted with hydraulic auto-braking systems to prevent sliding on slopes and bunker edges for enhanced safety.

The discharging height matches mainstream TMR mixers on the market, allowing direct feeding into mixer hoppers without secondary handling. A single operator can finish all fetching procedures with hourly output over 30 tons, replacing 4 to 6 laborers and slashing long-term labor expenses. The whole machine is constructed with thickened manganese steel plates, resistant to impact and corrosion. It runs stably in humid bunkers and frozen soil in cold winters, and works normally at temperatures as low as -30°C. The conveyor chain lasts 5 to 8 years with easy maintenance.
