Major Milestone Achieved! imetec’s Exported Equipment to EConomart SRL Completes Installation and Commissioning

Recently, four core livestock machinery units exported by IMETEC to EConomart SRL in Argentina – including Sand Spreaders, tmr (Total Mixed Ration) Mixers, Leftover Feed Collectors, and Solid Fertilizer Spreaders – have successfully completed installation and commissioning at local ranches and are now officially ready for operation. This equipment launch marks a substantial step forward in the cooperation between IMETEC and EConomart SRL, and also represents a key contribution of "Made in China" to the upgrading of Argentina's livestock industry.
Precise Collaboration for Efficient Equipment Implementation
As a leading local enterprise deeply rooted in Argentina's agricultural sector, EConomart SRL leverages its in-depth understanding of local ranch needs to collaborate with IMETEC on equipment customization and on-site implementation. To ensure the quality and efficiency of installation and commissioning, IMETEC dispatched a team of senior technicians to Argentina, who worked on-site throughout the entire process: Addressing the 220V/50Hz voltage standard of Argentine ranches, the climatic characteristics of the Pampas Grasslands, and the actual operating conditions of local ranches, the technical team completed on-site equipment adaptation, precise component assembly, and system debugging. Additionally, they provided specialized training on equipment operation and daily maintenance to staff from EConomart SRL and local ranches, conducting a total of 3 hands-on training sessions covering over 20 participants. EConomart SRL, leveraging its local resource advantages, efficiently handled customs clearance, transportation, and site coordination. With close collaboration between the two parties, all equipment successfully entered trial operation in just 15 working days, fully demonstrating the high efficiency of Sino-Argentine corporate cooperation.
Four Core Equipment Units Addressing Key Ranch Operation Needs
The four equipment units completed this time are all customized to address the actual pain points of Argentine ranches, and will significantly improve ranch operational efficiency once put into use:
  • TMR Mixers: Adapted to local mainstream feeds such as silage corn and alfalfa, with a mixing accuracy error of less than 3%. They can meet the daily feeding demand of over 50 tons for large-scale ranches, helping to increase milk production of dairy cows and fattening efficiency of beef cattle.
  • Leftover Feed Collectors: Equipped with automatic cleaning and crushing functions, each unit reduces feed waste by an average of 200 kg per day, saving ranches over USD 12,000 in annual costs.
  • Sand Spreaders: Covering a spreading width of 3-5 meters and featuring precise sand volume control (0.5-2 cubic meters per hour), they effectively address safety issues on ranch roads during snowy and rainy winters in Argentina.
  • Solid Fertilizer Spreaders: With a spreading width of 8-12 meters, they comply with Argentina's "ecological breeding" policies regarding the resource utilization of manure and sewage, helping ranches form a circular agricultural chain of "breeding - manure treatment - planting".
Win-Win Outlook: Jointly Exploring New Horizons in the South American Market
A representative from EConomart SRL stated: "The professionalism and dedication of IMETEC's technical team are impressive. They not only completed equipment debugging efficiently on-site but also helped us master operation key points through detailed training. Based on the commissioning data, the equipment performance fully meets the needs of local ranches, and we believe these units will become a core driver for reducing costs and improving efficiency in local ranches."
A relevant person in charge from IMETEC also emphasized: "Dispatching a technical team to work on-site is not only a commitment to the cooperative project but also a reflection of IMETEC's 'customer-centric' service philosophy. This successful collaboration with EConomart SRL has accumulated valuable experience for us in exploring the South American livestock market. In the future, we will continue to provide high-quality equipment and on-site services, combining with EConomart SRL's local advantages to continuously meet the modernization needs of Argentine ranches, and strengthen the presence and influence of 'Made in China' in the South American market."
With the official operation of the equipment, IMETEC and EConomart SRL will further deepen their cooperation. In the follow-up, they will provide timely equipment maintenance and optimization suggestions based on the actual usage feedback from local ranches, injecting more "Chinese momentum" into the high-quality development of Argentina's livestock industry.
